Merger Announced

Winterbothams LLP are pleased to announce that A E Smith & Son will merge with us on 1 October 2008. The merged firm will be called AES Winterbothams LLP and will be the largest legal practice in Stroud. The new practice will combine the expertise of both firms to provide our clients and the community with a diverse and experienced legal service.

The two Stroud offices will continue to operate from Rowcroft and Frome House but our recent acquisition of additional office space at 3 Rowcroft (adjacent to our existing offices) will allow the expanded team of talented lawyers to unite under one roof at Rowcroft in the longer-term.
