New Partner Appointed

Winterbothams Solicitors have appointed a new Partner to their existing team. Susan Castle first joined us in 2006 and has fast made a name for herself as a determined and talented litigator. She became an Associate in 2007 and a Partner as from 1 April 2008.

Susan specialises in the resolution of commercial disputes through litigation, negotiation and mediation. She had a previous career in industry before qualifying as a solicitor, which gives her a practical and business-like insight into client needs. She is also a qualified mediator accredited by CEDR (the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) and she looks forward to expanding this area of practice in Gloucestershire.

Other developments at Winterbothams include the appointment of Richard Brickley as head of our Personal Injury and Employment Law departments and the recent acquisition of additional office space at 3 Rowcroft (adjacent to our existing offices) to accommodate our expanding team of talented lawyers.
