Susan Castle (Partner)

After reading Business Studies at City University and having a career in industry, Susan changed direction. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2000, being a Worcester Law Society and Stafford University prize winner in the process.

She joined Winterbothams from a Birmingham city-centre firm in February 2006 and became a Partner in 2008. Susan's prior career in industry gives her particular insight into the needs of commercial clients. She has wide experience of civil and commercial litigation, including breach of contact and negligence claims, debt and secured recovery and construction and property disputes. She is a member of the Property Litigation Association. She is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution including mediation, negotiation and Arbitration proceedings and is a CEDR accredited mediator.

Susan is married with two teenage children. She is a member of John St. Baptist Church (Stroud) and enjoys singing, ballroom dancing and wildlife-walks in her spare time.
